THE PIVOTAL PLAYERS ~
On Thursdays, March 21st and April 4th, Deacon Hal Jopp will facilitate Lenten Adult Faith Formation sessions utilizing Bishop Robert Barron’s Pivotal Players series. At the March session, we will explore the life of St. Benedict and at the April session, the life of St. Augustine. Come to the sessions to view the videos and for some lively conversation based on the lives of these two “Pivotal Players” of our Church.
BECOMING DYNAMIC CATHOLICS ~ Do you take any time out during your busy week to devote to your own personal faith enrichment? Do you want to learn more about our Catholic faith in a relaxed atmosphere? During the upcoming Lenten season, we invite you to come to the Parish Hall on Sundays, March 17 and April 14 to re-energize your own faith life. Buy a cup of coffee and a donut or sandwich prepared by our Knights of Columbus/Ladies’ Sodality and get some faith-boosting words of wisdom. These sessions are open to all parishioners – from parents waiting for their children to be dismissed from Religious Ed. classes to young adults to grandparents and everyone in between.
As we journey through this penitential season of Lent, we will be watching the Seven Deadly Sins, Seven Lively Virtues series from Bishop Robert Barron at these two sessions.
