Gathered together in charity and united by the Body of Christ,
we pray for ourselves and all the members of our parish family.
Lord, give us hearts that are faithful and faith-filled.
Lord, give us the courage to hold fast to the teachings of the Gospel and
the precepts of your Church. Give us the strength to pass them on to our children
and for our children and theirs to fulfill them through the generations.
Lord, You are the Good Shepherd.
Seek out the stray lambs, and carry them home on Your shoulders.
This we humbly ask in the Name of Jesus, the Lord. Amen.
