A Divine Mercy Cenacle is a group of people who meet regularly for prayer and discussion about Scripture, the Catechism of the Catholic Church, and the writings of St. Maria Faustina, as a small Christian community. The revelations given to St. Maria Faustina are excellent for spiritual growth and also give a deeper understanding of our merciful Lord. A Cenacle may also choose to engage in works of mercy in the parish and the local community as part of its mission.
There will be an informational meeting for anyone wishing to learn more about this group and the message of Divine Mercy on Thursday, March 4th at 7:00p.m. in the Parish Hall. We will discuss the possibility of starting a Cenacle at our parish, the format of meetings and materials needed. We will also watch a DVD on the Eucharistic Apostles of the Divine Mercy and how and why it began. All interested parishioners are invited and encouraged to attend if you want to learn more. If you have questions, please contact Sue Fleegle at 443.786.0982.
